Two unforgettable locations to visit in one day : Giverny and Versailles.
Visit Giverny
We leave Paris by the western districts of the city and take the Normandy motorway.
After crossing the River Seine at Vernon we reach Giverny, Claude Monet impressionism inspiration, which is located approx. one and a half hours from Paris.
Our guide gives an enlightening visit of Monet's garden at Giverny before leaving you to visit Claude Monet's house and studio on your own.
Lunch at the Moulin de Fourges restaurant (lovely place near the Epte river).
Visit the Palace of Versailles
Then continue your day with a visit of the Palace of Versailles. Guided visit to the State Apartments and Hall of Mirrors. Free time for the visit of the gardens.
End of the tour around 05.45 PM.
