* You will receive your Louvre Museum and Cruise tickets by e-mail between H-24 and H-2 of your reservation.
The time you have chosen corresponds to the time of your visit to the Musée du Louvre.
* Compulsory cloakroom at the Louvre museum for large bags, buggies, and umbrellas
* Please note that this tour does not suit those with reduced mobility. Please contact our booking department to know our possible options.
* The Louvre Museum closes at 6.00 pm (except on special dates)
* Young people under 18, and under 26 if resident in the European Economic Area, are invited to select the child rate to enjoy free admission to the Musée du Louvre.
* Please present proof of identity for under-18s and 18- to 25-year-olds residing in a European Economic Area country. 
* The access allows you to skip the queue for the purchase of the ticket which can be quite long at the Louvre, however you may still have to queue to enter the Louvre. 
* For the smooth running of the tour and out of respect for all participants, please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour.

*To take your cruise, go to BATEAUX MOUCHES, Port de la Conférence (métro Pont de l'Alma) - 75008 Paris (departures every 30 minutes between 10 am and 10 pm, may vary depending on the season).
The cruise can be taken on any day for the next 6 months.
