Great guided tour. Very knowledgeable guide.
The guide was excellent but the arrangement to pick up the ticket at the guided tour counter at the opera was poorly organized and even though I was half an hour early I spent so much time in line I was late for my tour
Tour itself was fantastic, great guide! One point deduction: first I had an 11:00 time slot. I received an email from somebody not seemingly connected with ParisCityVision telling me the tour starts at 10. Ok, so we showed up at 10. The tour didn’t actually start until 11:30. There were several other people waiting with us who were just as frustrated as we were. Why did we have to waste 1.5 hours just waiting?? The lines to get in were very short!
beautiful place must see
This place was magical, and the guide was very witty, and friendly and taught us a lot
Our tour guide was excellent and very informative. Improvement could be made to the entry process as it was quite chaotic, and difficult to make it known that we had arrangements for a tour at 11 AM without standing in the long line. There should be two areas, one for people making tour arrangemets at the Opera House, and one for those who already have their arrangements in hand.
This was a very interesting tour. The guide was well informed
