Enjoy the brasserie atmosphere by discovering the local and responsible cuisine of Chef Thierry Marx during a dinner in a contemporary and warm setting at "Madame Brasserie" restaurant.

EXAMPLE OF MENU:

• STARTERS
  Pâté en croûte from Maison Vérot, baby spinach and crunchy radishes 
  or White asparagus mimosa with watercress shoots and trout roe
  or Spring turnip tartlet with caramelised onion confit and pickles
• MEAL
  Lightly seared gilthead seabream with einkorn, carrot and orange juice, and pea pesto
  or Veal fillet medallion aubergine caviar with sesame cream and confit cherry tomatoes 
  or Gnocchi with Parisian-style blue lobster salpicon, finely diced vegetables and fresh basil
• DESSERT
  Lemon shortbread tartlet with a meringue-sorbet center
  or Strawberry and rhubarb Breton biscuit with sublime vanilla cream
  or Viennese-style chocolate cream with cacao nib nougatine
• DRINKS
  1 glass of champagne, 2 glasses of wine, 1/2 bottle still or sparkling water, coffee or tea

  Veal fillet medallion with gnocchi and finely diced vegetables

• SOFT DRINK 25 CL

After your meal, you can stay at the Eiffel Tower as long as you like.

Please note:

• You have to go to Place de Sydney, near the Eiffel tower to collect your reservation with a member of our staff. Then at the foot of the Eiffel Tower, go to Entrance 1 with your reservation confirmation, in the line dedicated for the Brasserie. This line will be indicated by specific signs. Without confirmation, you may be refused access.
• To reach the second floor, you must go to the reception of Madame Brasserie located on the forecourt to collect your elevator ticket.
