One of the highlights in Provence is the open-air markets displaying a wide-range of locally produced products. On Tuesdays in Gordes; on Fridays in Lourmarin, on Thursdays in Roussillon (from April 1st 2018) and on Sundays in L'Isle sur la Sorgue. As the markets take place in the morning only, the order of the visited sites will change accordingly.
