Do you accept animals ?

No animal is allowed on board our tours.

Do you accept underage children alone during your tours?

Underage child must be accompanied by an adult.

Are we allowed to get into the bus with our luggage ?

Except for multiple day tours, our vehicles are not equipped to store clients' suitcases. Still, there is tolerance about bags, handbags and, in general, whatever you can place over your legs while seated.
We are not authorized to keep luggage in the agency since we must comply with the government rules at this respect (i.e., the 'Vigipirate' plan).

Are your tours wheelchair friendly?

Some of our tours are accessible by people in wheelchair or with reduced mobility, as long as they are able to board a motorcoach by themselves and the wheelchair can be foldable.
Paris Opentour counts with 6 wheelchair friendly buses, all of them in the 'Grand Tour' line. In all of these occasions, please notify us in advance so that the proper motorcoach arrives, at the necessary moment, to the desired spot.

Are there toilets on board or/and at your agency?

There are no toilets at our agency, neither on board 
Toilets are only provided on board motorcoach during full or multiple day tours to French Regions. 

What is the dress code required ?

Both comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended. Moreover, you should plan your clothes just in case it rains or it gets colder than normal (or simply to visit churches and cellars, in which temperature might be chilly).
For dinner cruises and cabaret tours, formal dress is mandatory: jeans, as well as sport shoes, are not accepted.

Are meals included ?

Some of our tours include a meal. The menus that we have selected for you may be consulted at each product's sheet on the site or at our agency. You may ask for special menus (allergy, gluten free option, vegetarian menu…). Just use the page “contact us” to send your special request.

In which language(s) do we operate our tours ?

For guided or audioguided tours, you need to select the tour language. The available languages can be different following tours and departures ‘days. Hostess on unguided tours will speak at least English and French.
