How do we get our ticket when we book online ?

As soon as you finish your on-line reservation, you automatically receive a confirmation e-mail with a voucher that will afterwards be exchanged. This voucher must, obligatorily, be printed and handed at the departure point specified in the purchased tour.

At the bottom of the page, fill in the ‘find my order” box. Select the vouchers to be resent and click on the button “send”. It is also possible to modify the email address in order to resend the voucher.

Where, or to whom, can I exchange my printed e-tickets in order to receive my ticket and be able to attend the tour?

Is the on-line payment secured?

Pariscityvision.com has a very reliable secure payment system. Our payment solution, Systempay, is owned by NATIXIS, who works also with many other sites on the French market. Furthermore, we have a compromise of protecting your personal data and of never transferring, changing or selling them to a third party.
