The Pierre Bergé - Yves Saint Laurent Foundation was created in place of the fashion House Yves Saint Laurent, where the creator of the same name set up in 1974 until his retirement in 2002. You will have the privilege of discovering it with a professional guide, outside the opening hours.
You will see the historic entrance to the fashion house, the major salons and the designer's historic design studio. You will be able to admire about fifty models accompanied by accessories, as well as photos, videos and sketches.
Your guide will reveal all the secrets of creating a Haute Couture piece, as well as anecdotes about Yves Saint Laurent's work, sources of inspiration and life.
From 12 February 2019, a new selection of clothes will be unveiled with a particular focus on the famous Mondrian dresses as well as dresses made in collaboration with Claude Lalanne.
